Supported payment methods include FPX (online banking for all major Malaysian banks), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, as well as local debit and credit cards. All these payment channels are available for both deposits and withdrawals with no additional fees charged by MB365.
MB365 reserves the right to request additional documents for any withdrawal deemed unusual or requiring further investigation, in order to protect your account security. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.
MB365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward member loyalty. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:
Members found abusing the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or using another person's account — will face immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated wins.
All bets placed at mb365 are subject to general rules and the specific rules of each game category. Members are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of their chosen game before placing a bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MB365 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and wins, and legal action where necessary:
MB365 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption and free from errors. However, there are situations where our limitations of liability should be clearly understood:
An MB365 account may be closed in two ways — at the Member's own request, or at MB365's discretion.
Voluntary Closure: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures once all conditions are met.
Closure by mb365: MB365 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:
If an account is closed due to a violation, mb365 reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the violating activity until the investigation is concluded.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the mb365 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties. The language used in the arbitration process shall be Bahasa Melayu or English by mutual agreement.
These Terms do not affect user rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Malaysia.
